GLUTEN FREE “PALEO PUMPKIN MUFFINS”

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
3/4 Cup Pumpkin
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350. Line 12 muffin tins with parchment paper cupcake liners. In medium size mixing bowl mix all ingredients except nuts until well mixed. Nuts can be stirred in or can be sprinkled on tops. Bake for 25­-30 minutes or until tops feel done.
